Finance Executive (JHB East Rand)

Key performance indicators (KPIs) for this role will encompass stock management, sales performance, revenue generation, gross profit margins, review of marketing expenses, creditor and debtor management, credit limit assessment, payroll oversight, compliance with statutory requirements, annual budget preparation, and financial reporting including the full income statement, consolidation of accounts, monthly and quarterly reports, and participation in board meetings.
Additionally, you will lead a team of Financial Managers and their respective teams, while you will also be responsible for HR matters such as recruitment, industrial relations, and conducting hearings as necessary.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- A completed financial degree from a reputable institution.
- Demonstrated previous experience in managing multiple branches, preferably within the wholesale or retail industry.
- Proficiency in Syspro is essential for this role.
- Prior experience in managing HR functions, even if it was part of your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
