What you'll be doing
Key Responsibilities:
Craft and execute comprehensive strategies for all VAS endeavours and revenue generation in South Africa, leveraging successful models from other key markets
Translate client requirements into impactful solutions and facilitate seamless coordination with product and delivery teams for efficient execution
Cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance our value proposition for issuer and merchant clients, ensuring their seamless integration with delivery teams
Foster robust relationships with local teams, recognising their significance in achieving success, and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organisation (product, operations, marketing)
Champion maximum client satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores (NPS) through value-added services, both during and post-delivery
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication, complemented by strong analytical skills to derive insights from data and anticipate future trends
Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, displaying a willingness to immerse oneself in tasks and effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
What you'll need
A minimum of 5 years' experience in developing and managing P&L for Saa S, Data, Loyalty, or Lending solutions
Demonstrated success in overseeing a diverse portfolio of products and partnerships
Previous experience in IT or strategy consulting is advantageous
Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MSc., MBA, or Ph D)
Exceptional communication and analytical abilities
High-energy, entrepreneurial spirit, with a proactive approach
Strong influencing skills and ability to collaborate effectively with peer organizations and teams
