Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech or financial services, with specific experience in investment products and B2 B markets. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive product development from conception through to launch and beyond.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management within the fintech or financial services industry. Proven experience with investment products and B2 B markets. Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and financial markets. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with our client's overall business goals. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and customer needs. Create and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes initiatives based on business impact and customer value. Product Development: Lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to design, development, testing, and launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality products. Define product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment. Present product updates and performance metrics to senior management and other key stakeholders. Market and Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor products to ensure our client remains competitive. Identify and evaluate potential partnerships and business opportunities. Customer Focus: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the product. Ensure a seamless and positive user experience through ongoing enhancements and support. B2 B Product Experience: Develop and manage B2 B investment products tailored to the needs of institutional clients. Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide product solutions.
