We are now looking to expand our marketing and support team, so we are on the lookout for an ambitious marketing or lead gen professional. You will be joining a successful, well-established and proven recruitment agency that prides itself in putting employees at the centre of everything they do.

What is the role?This is not your typical marketing VA role as we have a very modern approach to ourmarketing strategies. This role will be split between our traditional recruitment agency and our brand new Saa S solution for other agencies.

With this role you have many different opportunities to learn skills in different areaswhether that be automation, social media, lead generation or Saa S building - we haveplenty of different avenues which makes this role so unique!

Your role:

Preparation of lead data for out outbound sales agent (find target contact info)

Update CRM information

Lead content generation, preferably with design skills (powerpoint, slides or canva.com)

Take over inbox management / customer conversations in our inbox (for our English-speaking Saa S business)

Connect and engage with prospects and clients on linkedin

Requirements:

Experience in lead generation especially in finding target contacts at companies and validate email contact information

An understanding of the recruitment industry

An interest in all things digital

Outgoing and chatty personality

Creative and innovative especially with social media

Works well in a small team remote
