Urgent requirement for a HR Administrator to join our client based near Manchester Airport on a temporary basis until November 2024. This role is ideally suited to someone with experience working in a HR Administration capacity or looking for their first role in HR. Working as part of a busy HR shared services team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function by managing administrative tasks, ensuring the HRIS system is kept up to date, and contributing to an exceptional employee experience. Your day-to-day duties will include: Provide administrative support to the business, including managing employee records and maintaining the HRIS. Ensuring employee life cycle events are updated correctly on the HRIS system such as Leave and Salary Changes Assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate information. Issue documentation as requested by the business, for example changes to contracts Ensure accurate information is fed to the Payroll team About you: Experience working in a similar HR Admin role OR proven track record working in a similar administrative capacity and a desire to transition into HRStrong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy Ability to work at pace in a busy environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Positive and proactive attitude This is a temporary role until November 2024 with a rate equivalent to £23,000 - £25,000 per annum.
