As a store manager, you will be responsible for delivering commercial growth and developing a team culture of putting the customer at the heart of everything we do. You will have overall responsibility for the running of the store, focusing on customer experience, colleague development, and delivering commercial growth in line with our 5-year strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a team culture that puts the customer at the center of operations.
Lead, coach, and train colleagues to ensure they embody our customer promise.
Recruit and build a team of Assistant Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Assistants aligned with our values and business needs.
Make commercial decisions regarding stock availability and merchandising.
Engage with key stakeholders to understand the wider business context.
Provide constructive feedback to the store team, District and Regional Managers to drive continual growth.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a store manager in a retail environment.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
Demonstrated experience in leading and developing a team.
