Duties & Responsibilities Resolve operational problems and coordinate activities in conjunction with managerial and technical personnel, as well as other departments and contractors. Ensure proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment. Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility. Maintain site safety and security. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment. Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures. Prepare and file accident reports (IOD’s). Supervise and evaluate staff. Complete employee reviews and maintain accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets. Provide positive direction to motivate quality performance and also discipline personnel when it is necessary and appropriate. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
