Our client is looking to recruit a Senior CS&A Designer for a 12 Month Contract. Senior CS&A Designer12 Month Contract Inside IR35 Warrington Hybrid Working About the opportunity: Key responsibilities: Dependent on experience, the role may include checking of modelling and drawing output. Attend regular model reviews/space management meetings and be able to represent the CS&A their discipline and present their model at these. Work closely with CS&A Engineers/ Architects and modelers from other disciplines to co-ordinate the development of the model. Work with CS&A Engineers and Architects on Specifications, preferably with experience using NBS Chorus. Fulfil the Designer role under the CDM Regulations. Here’s what you’ll need: Experience using Revit, Civils 3 D, Auto CAD 2 D and Autodesk Design Review to produce GA and detail drawings, in a Building Information Modelling (BIM) environment. Experience using British and European Standards and Building Regulations, and the methodologies required when detailing elements. Experience in detailing below ground drainage and services; groundworks; steelwork and reinforced concrete. Working knowledge of CDM.
