Processing month end journals and reconciling ledger accounts
Liasing with Auditors, bank and insurance company
Manage petty cash, credit cards and staff expenses
Monitor daily cash flow for various banks
Process cashbook for various banks
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
Calculate accruals
P & L reports and Balance Sheet
Prepare VAT returns and other statutory documents
Working on multi currencies - FOREX knowledge ideal
Manage 4 staff members
General office management
Stock management
