Responsibilities:
Manage Chep account
Manage all 3PL service providers
Adherence to the health, safety and environmental standards
Ensure compliance to all relevant legislation
Enhance people capability
Input into Training needs analysis to ensure sustainability and continuation
Manage Employees in a manner that maintains a healthy industrial relations climate
Contractors managed against the Service Level agreement
Ensure customer service objectives achieved
Ensure internal and external review of business processes for alignment with business strategy
Ensure that product quality is maintained and relevant stakeholders engaged
Effectively handle customer complaints and ensure corrective action taken
Financial Management
Optimal fleet management
Manage fleet service provider SLAâs
Manage company assets in line with policy and procedure
Inventory and warehouse managment
Ensure that inventory management processes are entrenched

Requirements:
3-year tertiary qualification, preferably in Supply Chain and Logistics
3 yearsâ experience within an FMCG Supply Chain environment at a managerial level
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of all relevant legislation
Knowledge of customer service principles and practice
Experience in a customer service environment is essential
Good interpersonal skills / builds good relationships
Superior planning ability
Ability to work under pressure
