ENVIRONMENT: OUR client, a leading Fin Tech company, urgently seeks a highly organised individual with a strong aptitude for administration and client service to fill a remote role of a Client Operations Coordinator. You will manage and streamline administrative processes, ensuring efficient workflow, reporting and accurate documentation. Additionally, you will be expected to assist with user installations, basic troubleshooting of installations and solution testing. You will work closely with the Client Operations team to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction. Applicants will require a suitable Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience – preferably in Information and Technology Services including Support/Troubleshooting & possess solid Excel skills. DUTIES: Ensure project and change control processes are followed. Ensure documentation is created and maintained as part of client and support cycles. Maintain meeting recordings, artefact register and meeting outputs Schedule meetings. Meeting minutes. Follow up internally and externally. Manage knowledgebase. Monitor time tracking. Manage Share Point. Create tasks on Zoho projects and desk. Create reports - Project/Desk/Client specific/usage reports. Create quotes, invoices and timesheets. Tracking project and desk tasks. Maintain user lists. User installations. Troubleshooting user issues. Basic solution testing. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience. Excel knowledge and feels comfortable working in Excel. Administrative experience preferred. Support/Troubleshooting experience preferred. Industry experience – Information and Technology Services. Asset Management and Financial Services experience (distinct advantage). ATTRIBUTES: Client oriented. Action oriented, showing initiative. Strong admin skills. The ability to bring a team together to deliver a common goal. Able to build strong networks and relationships, internally and with clients. Ability to effectively multi-task and manage conflicting priorities, coupled with good attention to detail. Aptitude for providing timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and managing client expectations. A passion to learn and extend knowledge outside of the work sphere. The ability to self-manage and self-motivate. Capable of identifying, embracing and initiating change in an agile and fast-faced environment. Execute assignments against deadlines.
