Role Description: Plan menus and set prices in cooperation with the Catering Manager, to achieve and maintain the, budgeted food cost. Purchase or requisition supplies and ensure that these are properly issued, used, and accounted for. Carries out weekly stock-take and food rotation procedures. Allocates duties to kitchen staff, supervises them in cooking dishes, gives technical advice and guidance when necessary, and personally prepares dishes.
