Job Responsibilities:
Work in close cooperation with Omnia Regional Management.
Attending to and resolving customer queries.
Driving sales and marketing of products through effective relationship management and technical proficiency
Function as an integral part of and be central to the Omnia Marketing model.
Provide professional fertilization and agronomic advice to farming enterprises.
Build and manage fruitful and sustainable relationships with clients.
Interact with key stakeholders across the value chain to promote customer satisfaction and delivery.
Provide strategic support to Omnia representatives/agents with regards to products and recommendations
Apply a differentiated marketing strategy to meet customer needs.
Job Requirements:
Experience in and Knowledge of permanent crops (Citrus) and/or seasonal crops (wheat, barley, potatoes, onions)
Agricultural background and/or fertilizer background knowledge.
Hons Degree in Agriculture will be advantageous.
Experience with liquid fertilizer will be of advantage.
A minimum of a BSc (Agric) with Soil Science, Agronomy, Horticulture or Plant Science.
