Ensure that the resources allocated (people, process and material) are fully utilized as expected to meet their daily/weekly targets.
Job Requirements:
Candidate with Process Engineering expirence will be prefered.
3 years demonstrated capability to manage people, manufacturing processes and equipment.
3 years demonstrated managerial experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience in Explosives manufacturing will be an added advantage.
A Bachelor’s in engineering or BSc Engineering degree.
