• Company first line desktop support
• Configuration of new equipment and workstation setups
• Hardware and Software repairs and maintenance
• MS Office Management
• Network Diagnostics, Cabling, Wi-Fi, Switches, VLAN, Fibre, LTE
• Telephonic remote support as well as onsite
• Manage IT support documentation and records
• Report daily, weekly, and monthly on IT unresolved issues, threats, and planned activities
• Conduct and report on failure analyses
• Resolve IT issues in a timeous, cost-effective manner
• Understanding of software development processes and database relationships will be beneficial
• PC Hardware troubleshooting including Printers
• Windows 7, 10, 11
• Willing to travel overnight
• Passion for all things computer and related
• Preferential experience with VMware ESXi, Microsoft SQL server, Active directory , Cctv Hikvision & Dahua.
Educational Requirements
Degree, Diploma or relevant certificate in IT
1 year experience in the same or similar role
Valid Driver’s licence
