Service Now is our key operational platform, fundamental to the delivery of all of our Managed Services across the Group. Our platform has approximately 1000 fulfiller users supporting 40,000 Client end users through 15 Portals and is continually evolving through the adoption of increased ITSM and CSM (TPSM) functionality. Our busy and growing internal Service Now team work with both internal stakeholders and Clients and are central to the continuing success of our organisation. Position Overview: As a Service Now Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimising our use of the Service Now platform. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around ITSM and CSM processes. This senior role will work with the Product Owner, Scrum Master and Developers to ensure that the design and execution of Service Now configuration and development work is properly prioritised and delivered to timelines agreed with stakeholders. Responsibilities: In this role you can expect to be a a liaison between the business and the Service Now team.
