The Senior Functional Consultant will be expected to have an analytical and process-oriented mindset to ensure a clear understanding of the opportunity/challenge/problems being addressed, followed by a comprehensive analysis of options with clearly articulated pros and cons for each. Blue Bridge One is the leading EMEA Net Suite Solution Provider with 20 years of experience in marketing, selling, implementing, and supporting the Net Suite cloud business management suite.  Due to business growth, an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Functional Consultant Consultant to join our Implementation team has arisen.  The Senior Functional Consultant will be expected to have an analytical and process-oriented mindset to ensure a clear understanding of the opportunity/challenge/problems being addressed, followed by a comprehensive analysis of options with clearly articulated pros and cons for each.  The successful candidate will have the opportunity to operate independently and as a team member, to provide quality work products to each engagement.  Key Responsibilities: The main functions of the role include but not limited to:  Proactively establish a strong and trusted relationship with the customer, operating as the lead point of contact. Work with customers to review system functionality and value, business needs and help them to build a roadmap that will support their business growth and strategy.  Lead the design, specification and documentation of agreed solutions, including collaboration with the wider Blue Bridge One team where required, to provide clear advice on the best option to follow.  Delivery of multiple simultaneous projects with the company’s customers.  Demonstrate leadership that ensures all stakeholders have a clear view of the end goal and the ability to take everyone along on the journey.  Identifying upsell, training and optimisation opportunities to expand revenue. Customer analysis of requirements for new implementations. Support of Implementation Project Management. Support Sales and pre-sales activities on functional requirements and demonstration. Maintaining Net Suite and industry knowledge as applicable. Mentoring and guidance of assigned consultants. An analytical and process-oriented mindset to ensure a clear understanding of the opportunity/challenge/problems being addressed, followed by a comprehensive analysis of options with clearly articulated pros and cons for each.  Ability to manage and influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building. Strong empathy for customers and a passion for revenue and growth. Leadership and initiative are required to seek out strategic partners in the wider Blue Bridge – One team and the customer team and to ensure all stakeholders remain engaged throughout.  Due to the role’s complexity and influencing nature, decisive and firm decision-making is required, and you will be looked to to provide clear advice on the best option to follow.  Ability to organise, prioritise & manage time effectively, creating blocks of focus.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills within international and multicultural environments.  A can-do attitude and strong work ethic.  Strong industry knowledge and experience. Industry Experience & Qualifications (required)  5+Years Mid-market ERP Implementation/User Experience.  Industry experience, while knowledge of Services businesses and Warehouse & Distribution would be advantageous.  Core ERP experience. Bachelor’s degree or significant hands-on experience.  There may be a requirement to travel nationally and possibly internationally but the majority of work will be performed remotely from your home office.
